Polymer metal coated fabric glass laminate is a new polymer mesh fabric deposited by nano metal. After coating nano metal, the surface of polymer mesh fabric is metal glossy but at the same time, it is featherlight and anti-oxidant. Depending on the specific metal coated polymer mesh fabric, light transmittance between 25-60% can be achieved, Due to featherlight, metal glossness, Antioxidant, high adhesion with interlayer, it can be combited with glass or PC through SGP, TPU, EVA, PVB to produce safe glass lamiante with metal glossy mesh fabric interalyer. The finished glass laminate can be used for furniture glass panel such as partition, screen, glass door and so on.

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metalspurc fabric according to the following standard:
1. Two hour Boiling Test
2. Pummel Test
3. -40 celcius Degree 360 hours
4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours
5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours
6. 85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, total 10 circles
7. UV Radiation 2000 hours
